  • Marinate the Lamb:
    In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, oregano, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
    Rub the mixture generously on both sides of the lamb chops.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavour).
